These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Website, egghutshop.com, and the purchase of products offered via the website or on location by The Egg Hut (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase products from us.

By accessing or using the Website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Website and purchase products.

2. Products

We offer various products for sale on location through The Egg Hut or on our Website: egghutshop.com. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products that can be purchased by each customer.

We have made a good faith effort to provide you with a product you will enjoy. However, there is an inherent risk when using our products, particularly products applied to the skin (such as soaps, lip balms or body products), when burning candles, or consuming products made in our home kitchen. If you do not wish to assume this risk, please do not purchase or use/consume our products.

Although we are not licensed physicians and cannot diagnose, treat, or provide medical guidance, we offer the following recommendations when purchasing and using our products.

a) products applied to the skin

Our soap, lip balms, or body products are not for human consumption. These items contain essential oil, fragrance oil, and/or ingredients that may cause skin irritation for some people. If you have sensitivities to skin products, do not use our products. Even if you do not have skin sensitivities, we recommend you complete a “patch test” to check for allergies to any of the ingredients in our products before you use the product on your skin regularly. A patch test includes testing the product on a small area of skin for 7-10 days before full body use to check for immediate or delayed signs of a reaction- which may include:

• skin discoloration or redness

• itchiness

• burning or stinging

• rash

• fluid filled blisters

• hives or welts

• dry skin, scaly skin, or discomfort.

If you experience any signs of a reaction, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Please contact us privately at egghut9655@gmail.com so we are aware of your experience and can issue a refund.

b) candles

To prevent fire and serious injury when using candles, please follow the safety guidelines and instructions noted on the product- which includes the following:

• Burn candle within sight.

• Keep away from drafts and vibrations.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

• Remove packaging and trim wick to ¼ inch before lighting. Keep melt pool free of any debris including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop use when 1/4 inch of wax remains.

Please note that the candle vessel will become hot when the candle is burning, so do not touch the candle until after the flame has been extinguished for several minutes. If you are pregnant, please speak with your doctor before using scented candles.

c) baked goods

Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen (New York State Home Processing permit obtained) that processes wheat, nuts, dairy and shellfish. Before you consume our baked goods, please review the ingredient list to check for any items to which you may be allergic. Do not consume our products if you have a known allergy to wheat, nuts, dairy, or shellfish, or any of the ingredients listed on the package. If you experience itchiness, rash, hives, welts, difficulty breathing, stomach discomfort, or change in bowel habits after eating our products, please stop eating them and seek medical attention immediately. 3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Website and on location are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. When you purchase online, the total cost of your order will include the price of the product(s), applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges associated with the transaction. When you purchase on location, NY Sales tax is included in the cost of the item.

We accept payment on location through cash or Venmo. When ordering on the website, we accept payment through various methods, including credit cards, Venmo etc. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase price of your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping of nonperishable products within the United States (excluding California). Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will vary based on the shipping option chosen and the destination address. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or other third-party services.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with any purchase you make from The Egg Hut or online at egghutshop.com. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us with details of your experience at email: egghut9655@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase so we can make it right. Depending on the situation, we will work with you to either refund your payment, exchange your product, or provide a free replacement of a similar product.

If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at egghut9655@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
